Benson Egemonye (born March 30, 1983 in Benin City, Nigeria) is a Nigerian basketball player. He is a 6'10", 240 pound Center. Benson played for the Niagara University for three years averaging 12.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 1.6 bpg as a senior helping lead the team to a 26-9 record and to the NIT Tournament. He has also been a member of the Nigeria national basketball team. ==Bio== In 2009/10, he played in the Turkish 2nd division for Ted Kolejiiler Ankara, 14.7ppg and 11.1 rpg. In 2010/11 season, he started the season in Belgium and left after a couple of games and moved to PVSK Panthers in Pécs, Hungary, averaging 13.7ppg and 8.5rpg. In the summer of 2011, he signed with Heilongjiang Zhaozhou Feng and averaged 22.8ppg and 15.4 rpg. He led the league in rebounding and was top of the league in scoring and blocks. He then signed for the 2011/12 season with Kis-Rába menti Takarék Soproni KC in Hungary, averaging 13.9ppg and 8.1 rpg〔.
